4. Write at least 20 minutes, 3 days 
5. Drink 2 bottles of water before 5 pm, 5 days 
6. Sing, 3 days 
7. Massage and moisturise legs, 2 days 
8. Paint, 1 day 
9. Watch 2 world movies 
10. Start new knitting project and knit at least 2 hours

WIFEY
1. Exercise every day.
2. Drink one bottle water every day.
3. Spend an hour off computer once.
4. One caffeine per day at least once.

6. Any alt to 50 in CoH.
7. Tea instead of coffee at least once.
8. Get something nice for yourself.

HUBBY:

WIFEY:
1. Exercise at least three times.
2. Breakfast smoothie every day. 
3. Drink two bottles of water every day. 
4. Do something creative (woodwork, knots) twice for at least an hour 
5. Set up one extra laptop 
6. Make bedroom more fun for the sleeps 
7. Spend at least one hour in SL building something 
8. Specifically learn something new. 
9. Start prettying up the bathroom 
10. Twice, have only one coffee in the morning and then tea.

HUBBY:

2. Check/put out any recycling 3 times
