The Happy List

How it works: The list consists of 10 achievable goals that will improve our health, mental health, surroundings and skill levels which will improve our overall happiness.

We will have 6 days to complete the tasks.
A maximum of 10 points can be earned for each task.

A new Happy List starts every Tuesday.

Week 8: 6 August 2019 – 11 August 2019

ME
1. Comment on 5 different blog posts, 5 days
2. Get 200xp in French, 6 days
3. Research coastal crafts and decor 4. Nap, 2 days
5. Drink 2 bottles of water before 5 pm, 5 days
6. Sing, 3 days
7. Massage and moisturise legs, 2 days
8. Paint, 1 day
9. Watch 2 world movies
10. Clean out emails and return to the ‘like’ love

WIFEY
1. Exercise at least three times.
2. Drink one bottle water every day.
3. Spend an hour off computer at least once.
4. One caffeine per day at least once.
5. Write one post for blog…published or not.
6. Declutter.
7. Tea instead of coffee at least once.
8. Get something nice for yourself.
9. Learn something new.
10. Help someone else with anything

HUBBY:
1. Rinse and stack dishes daily.
2. Wipe stove top daily.
3. Read/learn for at least 20 minutes. 3 times
4. Clean bathroom
5.Take out recycling 3 times
6. Do 3 sets of 10 sit ups 3 times
7. Clean toilet 3 times
8. Meditate at least once
9. Be in bed before midnight 4 times.
10. Make lunch night before work 3 times
