The following list is 40 things I would like to achieve before I turn 40. These things will improve my health, mental health, surroundings, skill levels and general happiness.
HEALTH / MENTAL HEALTH
1. Be more active.
2. Eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water.
3. Moisturise, massage and other skin care treatments.
4. Overcome my fear of people.
5. Leave the house.
6. Be more positive.
7. Get glasses.
9. Learn how to deal with anger and let go of the past.
11. Start a herb garden.
12. Start a veggie garden.
13. Pack up parents stuff and unpack my own stuff.
14. Spring clean at least twice a year.
15. Complete all repair and odd jobs around the house.
16. Paint indoors.
21. Learn to use a camera without using ‘Auto’ settings.
22. Start and frequently update a food blog.
23. Start a house renovation / crafting blog.
24. Learn a new language.
25. Play instruments and sing more.
26. Learn to knit.
27. Paint, draw or some other sort of art.
28. Get a job / Earn money.
29. Build and/or repurpose furniture.
30. Write a book.
31. Write a collection of short stories.
32. Learn to tattoo
33. Learn how to belly dance
40. Go on a cruise for my 40th birthday.
