I reluctantly rolled out of bed at 7 am. I put on my ‘determined to get stuff done’ pants and curled up on the sofa with a cup of coffee. Instead of diving into my normal daily activities, I played WoW with wifey. I looooooove spending time with her but I did feel a lil guilty that I was putting off my day. Only a lil bit though.
Around 10.30 am, I shook off my blanket shackle and got to working out. It was nice. I am enjoying working out. I pushed hard and made muscles ache. I think by the time wifey gets here, I’ll be ready to up the workout a bit. Go me!!
After that I moved on to French. I think I’ll try getting 200 XP every day this week. If I do the timed practice run perfectly, that’s 20 points. The better I am, the faster it will be.
Then it was time to tackle today’s drawing topic; mountains. This is something I’ve done a couple of times already during this challenge. I did mountains for ‘something geometric‘ and they were in the background for my ‘in a circle‘ drawing.
Today I followed a ‘How to Draw Mountains’ guide. I tried to practice drawing long continuous lines, with a relaxed hand. It was a quick and easy draw. If you’re new to drawing, give it a try.
The afternoon had some housework and some socialising. The one thing I really wanted, was a nap. I have put naps back on my happy list because they really do… make me feel happy. No Happy List updates today because…well, I’m just too tired.
